Dr. Abel Castillo has been serving as the Medical Education Manager at Hospital Excel since 2020, where he launched the Undergraduate Medical Internship Program. This program introduces students to a wide range of clinical rotations, including Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Outpatient Care, offering a comprehensive educational experience.

She is a Pharmaco-Biologist with a Master’s in Health Sciences from the Autonomous University of Baja California, serves as the Quality and Patient Safety Manager at Hospital Excel. With 12 years of dedicated service at the hospital, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. In her position, she focuses on developing and maintaining the hospital’s Quality Management System, monitoring key indicators to identify areas for improvement. Her work ensures the safety of patients and staff through training and the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
